What does cost-plus mean for you?

Cost-plus means you pay the actual cost of building your home, plus a fee we agree to before we start. Here is what that changes.

You see every bid.

Every line item goes out to our vetted subcontractors, and you see all of them - not just the bottom line. You'll know what they charge before anyone starts.

Savings stay with you.

When a trade comes in under estimate, that money stays in your budget instead of ours. On a fixed price, the builder keeps the difference and you never learn it existed.

The books stay open.

Bids and invoices are available to you at any point in the project. We deliver updated numbers with every draw, so you always know where your money has gone and what is left.

The percentage never moves.

Our fee is set in your contract at signing and stays there. The dollar amount rises and falls with your selections and change orders - which means it moves with your project, not against it.
